Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, it is prepared for dispatch by our supplier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


🚚 Shipping Timeframes

Because we partner with multiple suppliers, shipping times may vary depending on product availability and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier disruptions, or high demand periods.


📦 Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. This allows us to get products to you as efficiently as possible.


💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
All applicable shipping costs are displayed before you complete your purchase.
