Refund & Returns Policy

At The Cat Collective, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.


📦 Returns

Due to the nature of our products and our supplier-based fulfillment model, we do not offer returns for change of mind.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was received

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence of the issue.


💳 Refunds

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement item

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


❌ Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizing or suitability chosen by the customer

  • Delays caused by customs, couriers, or external factors

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance


📍 Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the issue with our supplier or courier.

Refunds are not guaranteed for delays once an order has been shipped.
